Shipping Information
Our shipping costs are based entirely on status,weight of item(s) bought and your location, this determines the postage cost. Status basically means what is required to package the item for its safe delivery.
Postage costs reflect total package weight including all packing materials.
We do not charge any extra specifically for materials used.
Our software will add the postage cost when you checkout.
All items are provided a weight, buying multiple items combines the weights from individual items and will adjust the shipping cost automatically to give you a total combined shipping weight.
Collections are available on certain items by appointment to reduce Shipping Costs where possible.
Some larger items (eg furniture etc) will be collection only due to nature of the items size and weight.
Shipping Agents
We use 2 main forms of shipping provided by
1) Royal Mail :-
a) First Class Packet Rate for uk deliverys up to 4Kg. Next Working Day.
b) Standard Parcels for uk deliverys up to 6Kg. 3 to 5 Working Days.
c) Air Mail Small Packet rate for International Deliverys up to 2Kg. 3 to 5 Working Days.
2) TNT Courier:-
a) Express Next Day Courier Service (signed for upon delivery) for uk deliverys up to 20Kg.
Prices for Royal Mail are correct as of 01-04-2009 and taken from their own website.
Due to the fact postage is determined at checkout only, we have provided a list of current shipping costs should you wish to check before purchasing any item from this site.
Shipping options that are available are automatically offered when you checkout, it is the customers choice to select the best option for your needs from the services offered in checkout.

Returns and Refunds
What is the refund policy?
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt.
For Furniture returns this must be coordinated by the Furniture after sales team. They can be contacted direct on 01482 848828
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within seven days of receipt of the goods back on our stated Premises. This means the credit to a payment card may take up to ten working days from receipt of goods.
Refunds on returns are subject to goods being returned in saleable condition or in the event of faulty goods – subject to inspection and agreement of Worldwide Trading Post Ltd.
